需要借用CD教课的老师，每次使用前需要到前台工作人员那里办理借用手续。在CD使用登记表上签字确认，做到有借有还。如果在该老师使用期间发生CD丢失的，或未及时归还的现象，由该老师负责赔偿相关损失。
