Times Performance Arts Academy runs adult classes for Beginners to Intermediate dancers.

We offer private or small group lessons in any style which can be organised by email.

Private Bridal/Wedding Dance

At Times Performance Arts Academy, we can help you to create a memorable, fun and fabulous dance for your special day. Our teachers will work with you to choreograph in your chosen style, whether it’s a traditional waltz, latin, hip hop, disco, commercial pop to your favourite song or mix.

Classes and choreography are available for the bridal party, as well as the bride and groom!

We advise a minimum of 3-4 classes.

FITNESS CLASS

Zumba

Zumba is a latin-inspired group dance class, mixing both low and high intensity moves for an interval-style calorie-burning fitness session. With easy to master dance moves and chart-topping hits, Zumba will give you a total body workout, combining all the elements of fitness that you love including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. This class is open to all fitness levels.

Please bring along a water bottle and towel to every class.

Belly Dance

Belly Dance is a mesmerizingly beautiful ancient art form originally from the Middle East. Belly Dancing allows each dancer to create expressive movements that reflect their own individuality, musicality and passion.

Popular for health, fitness, sensuality and fun, Belly Dancing is accessible for anyone at any age. It is a relatively low impact dance which helps to strengthen and tone muscles whilst allowing for personal and spiritual growth and enjoyment.

Wear comfortable clothing – Leggings, Bare feet, and singlet top are best.

FEE STRUCTURE 2024

Casual	$20.00 per hour
Private Lessons	$88 per hour or $385 – 5 hours
Ballroom	$180 – 10 lessons @ 1.5 hours per lesson (Package must be used within 6 months from date of purchase) $330 – 20 lessons @ 1.5 hours per lesson (Package must be used within 12 months from date of purchase)
Chinese Folk Dance	$240 – 10 lessons @ 1.5 hours per lesson (Package must be used within 6 months from date of purchase)
Private Bridal/Wedding Dance (Private Lessons)	$120 per hour $400 – 5 hours $580 – 5 hours (Dance Teacher in attendance on wedding day, if required)
